Chuck Robbins became the Chief Executive Officer of Cisco on May 1, 2015, after a successful election conducted by the board of directors of the organization. His appointment as the CEO became effective on July 26 2015. As a technology speaker, Robbins managed the operations of the company's Global Sales Organization and Global partner organizations while he was the SVP of Operations for Cisco. He managed the execution of different investment opportunities and strategies of the organization.
