Douglas Shulman is a business executive who is currently serving as the chief executive officer of OneMain Financial. Prior to his work with OneMain, he worked in the federal government under the Presidencies of George W. Bush and Barack Obama as the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service. Shulman graduated from Williams College with a Bachelor of Arts and from Harvard University with a Master of Public Administration. He got his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
