Jeff Ma Biography

Jeff Ma is a member of the MIT Blackjack Team. He graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy and also got a mechanical engineering degree from MIT in 1994.In 2012, Ma founded a company called tenXer with the vision to revolutionize human capital management by using data and analytics to create better management, recruiting and evaluation tools. He has since helped start four different companies including CircleLending (sold to Virgin) and Citizen Sports (sold to Yahoo) and become a sought-after corporate speaker.Jeff is the author of a book published in July 2010 by Palgrave Macmillan. The House Advantage: Playing the Odds to Win Big In Business. In late 2017, Jeff started a podcast; Bet the process, a sports gambling, and analytics podcast, and began appearing on The Tony Kornheiser Show podcast, picking a college and NFL football games.
