Jen-Hsun Huang Biography

Jen-Hsun Huang was born February 17, 1963, and is a Taiwanese American business visionary and businessman. He graduated from Oregon State University before moving to Stanford University. He helped to establish the designs processor organization NVidia and fills in as its leader and CEO. After school, he was Director of Core ware at LSI Logic and a chip originator at Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD). In 1993 Huang co-founded NVidia and was presently the CEO and President. He earned $24.6million as CEO in 2007 positioning him as the 61st most generously compensated U.S. CEO by Forbes. Huang swore to give his institute of matriculation Stanford University US$30 million for building the Jen-Hsun Huang School of Engineering Center. The building is the second of four that will contain Stanford's new Science and Engineering Quad. Huang was the beneficiary in 2007 of the Silicon Valley Education Foundation's Pioneer Business Leader Award for his work in both the corporate and humanitarian universes.
