He is the founder of Excite, JotSpot, and DigitalConsumer.org. in 1993 he graduated from Stanford University, with his Bachelor degree in Political Science. Also along with his longtime business partner of whom is Graham Spencer. He is also currently an investment partner on the GV. He actually, joined with five of his engineering friends to found the internet company Excite. In 2006 His company JotSpot was purchased by Google, while he was with Google, he acted as the Director of Project Management. He has been involved with early-stage technology development and also starting companies for more than twelve years.And after leaving Excite@Home in 2000, he founded Digitalconsumer.org. Which is a non-profit with more than 50, 000 members? It was born to expand customers fair-use right to digital media.
