Lyndon Rive is the chief executive officer of SolarCity. SolarCity focuses on offering green energy and solar systems. SolarCity primarily offers solar panel installation for residential properties. However, the company also designs its own systems and creates power charging stations for electric vehicles. Rive co-founded the company in 2006 alongside his brother Peter. Before working on SolarCity, Rive worked at Everdream, a tech company which he also co-founded. Everdream was eventually acquired by Dell. In addition to his work on green technology, Rive also enjoys playing sports such as underwater hockey. He is the cousin of Telsa founder Elon Musk.
