Matthew serves as Special Advisor to the Board of Telecommunications Industry Association and served as its President since 1994. Prior to joining Electronics Industry Association, he served as the President of Telecommunications Industry Association from 1994 to 2006. From 1988 to 1994 Matthew served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cognitronics Corporation where he held a variety of positions since 1965. He has been a Director of ANDA Networks Inc. since 2007. Matthew served as Director of Numerex Corp. from 1994 to 15 2009. He holds a AAS degree in Mechanical Engineering from WestchesterCommunity College.
