Matthew has over 20 years of success leading technology ventures. Prior to joining Relativity Technologies, he served as the President of Sapiens International and as an Executive with Mapinfo Corp. He has been leading early-stage technology companies such as Interleaf MapInfo and is passionate about improving the educational opportunities for students worldwide through open source and he is a spokesperson to industry government and education leaders on open source computing. He served as the Chairman of Red Hat India Pvt. Ltd. He served as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Red Hat Inc. He served as the Chairman of the Science and Technology Board for State of North Carolina's Economic Development Board. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of Proofpoint Inc.
