Michal Michaeli is the Eva Ventures founder, Entrepreneurial, marketing and business development executive. Prior to initiating Eva Ventures, Michal was a senior consultant in Head-On – Strategic, business and marketing consultancy firm. Michal has extensive experience in working with leading companies ranging from cutting edge startups to retail and consumers market leaders. Her expertise is on helping startups define their vision, mission and initial strategy. Before that, Michal was the head of Roaming Services Department at Pelephone Communications – one of the largest cellular operators in Israel. At this independent business unit, of over 100 employees, Michal was responsible for the revenue growth (over $40M), expanding the roaming unit's revenues sources and maximizing profitability, along with improving the service technically. Previously, Michal was a Product Manager at Comverse Network Systems (NSADAQ: CMVT). Michal was responsible for managing the products activities in the Speech Portal (SPD) and the Messaging Division, with an emphasis on VoIP. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts (Management and Behavior Science) from The College of Management Academic Studies.
