Ping Fu Biography

Ping Fu is vice president and chief strategy officer for 3D Systems. Ping co-founded Geomagic a 3D-imaging software company that was acquired by 3D Systems in 2013. Prior to Geomagic Fu was involved in the NCSA Mosaic software that led to Netscape and Internet Explorer. Honored by Inc. Magazine as Entrepreneur of the Year in 2005 she serves on the National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the US Department of Commerce and on the board of directors at the Long Now Foundation. She is the author of the book Bend Not Break.
