Spencer Rascoff Biography

Spencer Rascoff is the CEO of Zillow Group and oversees the company’s portfolio of real estate and home-related brands, including consumer brands Zillow, Trulia, StreetEasy, HotPads, Naked Apartments and RealEstate.com. Since becoming CEO, Spencer has led Zillow through its 2011 IPO and 13 acquisitions. In 2015, Spencer co-wrote and published his first book, New York Times’ bestselling “Zillow Talk: Rewriting the Rules of Real Estate.” Spencer is also the host of “Office Hours,” a monthly podcast featuring candid conversations between prominent executives on leadership and management topics. Spencer is well-versed in a variety of topics, both company and industry related. Spencer is the primary spokesperson for Zillow Group’s business and financial news, as well as investor conferences and events. Spenser is on the boards of directors of TripAdvisor and privately held online beauty company Julep. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization and is on the advisory board of Seattle Children’s Hospital Research Institute.
